SocialFlow — AI Social Media Management Platform

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly such as your name, email address, and brand information when you create an account or use our services. We also collect usage data including how you interact with our platform, posts you create and schedule, and analytics data from connected social media accounts.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate AI content on your behalf, send you notifications about your scheduled posts, and communicate with you about your account. We use your brand information solely to generate content for your account and never share it with other users.

3. AI and data processing

When you use AI Autopilot or AI Composer, your brand information and prompts are sent to OpenAI's API to generate captions and images. This processing is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform (Supabase for database, Resend for email, Stripe for payments) and only as necessary to provide our services.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription your account enters read-only mode and data is retained for 30 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@planrity.com.
